Nuku Privacy Policy

Summary

Nuku is a virtual-pet game. It does not require an account and does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data to us or to third parties.

Data stored on your device

Your pet name and appearance, game progress, scores, Sparks, collection, language, and sound setting are stored locally on your device. They are used only to run the game and remain under your control.

Data Nuku does not access

Nuku does not access health, fitness, sleep, activity, location, contacts, microphone, advertising identifiers, photos, or files. It does not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

Deleting data

Use “Delete local progress” in Nuku settings or uninstall the app to remove locally stored game data. Because Nuku has no account or server-side profile, there is no remote copy for us to delete.

Children

Nuku is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be published on this page.
